There are not unlimited rooms, so please ensure to book in due time before the competition.

If no vacancies at Vildbjerg Kultur og Sportscenter, we recommend the following hotels:

Scandic Regina, Herning, LINK, right next to Herning Train station. There is a 10 min train ride to Vildbjerg, and a 5 minutes walk from Vildbjerg station to the venue.

Breakfast 10 EUR per day

Lunch and Dinner 15 EUR per meal per day

It is also possible to buy sandwiches, salads, and other light food at the café by the venue reception as well as the kiosk in the sporting hall.

Transport to the venue:

We do not provide transportation to the venue.

From Billund Airport: Taxi is available directly outside, no need to pre-book. Also taxi-busses are available.

VISA:

If you arrive from a non EU country, please check with the Danish Embassy in your home country if you need a Visa to travel to Denmark. Be aware that the VISA process might take serveral weeks, why it is a good idea to initiate this as soon as you have decided to join the competition.

The VISA application has to be handled by yourself. Talentcenter Vest provides an invitation letter, by sending us an email at: tcv-dsu@outlook.dk, containing the following informations: 1: Full name (as stated in your passport). 2: Birthday. 3: Passport number and date of issue and expire.

Refund:

Due to planning and payment to our vendors, we are not able to provide any refunds when cancelling after 15 January.

Until 5 days after official registration deadline/15 January: Full Refund.

From 16 January and onwards: No refund

In case of emergency

In case of fire alarm, please use the closet exit (marked with green exit signs) and gather at the parking lot in front of the halls.

If anyone gets into a serious accident, or gets hurt seriously, please call 112, which is the Danish Emergency service. The competition crew will be ready to assist you.

If anyone gets minor injuries, please go to the competition office for assistance.

Other information:

Equipment and weapon storage

It is possible to store shooting bags and equipment in the changing rooms assigned to the shooters. The changing rooms will be locked every evening and opens at the same time as the shooting range. Weapons may NOT be left behind and cannot be stored with us.

Access to qualification and final hall:

To avoid any disturbances in the qualification hall, it will not be allowed to enter the hall until earliest 40 minutes prior to the competition starting time.

Furthermore, only coaches and helpers with relevance to the relay in action, will be allowed at the qualification and final hall. All others are referred to the audience area.
